We use  the finest locally farmed Cheshire legs of pork to produce our award winning hams.


Method

Our flagship ham is smoked to perfection in our Oakwood Smokers. We hand cure the pork using traditional arterial injection methods over five days to ensure that all the great taste is released into the ham.

We hand cure the pork using traditional arterial injection methods over five days to ensure that all the great taste is released into the ham. We then de-bone and cook the hams using our steaming, roasting or smoking methods to bring out all those great flavours and tastes.

Our succulent roast turkey is de-boned and slow roasted in the traditional way to bring you the finest turkey breast meat.

We use the finest locally farmed Cheshire pork to produce our Internationally acclaimed sausages.


Method

The pork is delicately ground for the perfect texture.

We add our specially prepared homemade spices and carefully mix by hand.

We only use traditional natural skins.

For our smoked sausages we burn Applewood chippings from our own orchard in our smoker.
